What can I expect from Bounce Empire? Bounce Empire is Colorado's largest indoor ImmersiveAmusementPark™. Inside 50,000 sq ft you'll find 50+ attractions, a 360° concert stage, immersive lighting and sound, arcade games, slides, sports theater, robotics, food, and a newly redesigned 21+ Rubbish Cocktail Bar & Lounge. The venue is constantly evolving with new upgrades and experiences.
Where is the experience located? Bounce Empire 1380 S. Public Road Lafayette, Colorado 80026 Conveniently located between Denver and Boulder.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The entire experience takes place indoors.
How long does the experience last? Tickets provide flexible all-day access during operating hours. Most guests stay 2–4 hours, but you may stay longer.
Is it COVID secure and safe? Bounce Empire follows current local health and safety guidelines and maintains a clean, high-sanitation environment
Is there air conditioning? Yes. The building is climate-controlled year-round.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people? Yes. The venue is open format and accessible.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired? The venue can be navigated with assistance. We recommend visiting with a companion. Staff are available to help as needed.
Will there be strobe lights? Yes. Concert lighting, lasers, and strobe effects are used in certain areas and during performances.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Yes. Bounce Bistro offers food and drinks for all ages. The Rubbish Cocktail Bar & Lounge serves 21+ guests.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Yes. Personal photos and videos are welcome. Professional filming requires approval.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience? Yes. Seating and lounge areas are available throughout the venue.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes.
Are there vegan or gluten free options available? Yes. Select vegan and gluten-free options are available.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? We do not use timed ticketing. Tickets allow flexible all-day access during operating hours. Guests under 18 must exit by 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM the venue becomes 18+.
What happens if I arrive late? You may enter anytime during operating hours. If you do not use your ticket, it may be used on another operating day.
Can I bring animals? Animals are not allowed at Bounce Empire for the safety of both customers and animals, as well as to protect our venue's foam flooring.
Are service dogs allowed? Only ADA-recognized service animals are permitted.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome. Ages 7 and under must be accompanied on the floor Ages 8–12 require a signed waiver and a parent present Ages 13–17 require a signed parental waiver Guests under 18 must exit by 10:00 PM Rubbish Cocktail Bar & Lounge is 21+
Is the venue ADA compliant? Yes.
Is there parking available? Yes. Free on-site parking is available.
What if the weather is bad? Bounce Empire is fully indoors and operates rain, snow, or shine unless otherwise announced.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Outside food or beverages, weapons, illegal substances, and unsafe items are not permitted.
Are wheelchairs available to rent? Guests should bring their own mobility equipment. Please contact us in advance if assistance is needed.
What is Bounce Empire's Text and Email Policy for Ticket Purchasers? Ticket purchasers may receive confirmation and important updates via email or SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event? Yes, if capacity allows. Presale tickets are strongly recommended.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? All sales are final.
Is there a Military discount? Yes.
Do I need to print my ticket? No. Mobile tickets are accepted.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket? Yes. Tickets can typically be moved to another operating day if needed.
